Official Rules and Regulations for Hanes Celebrate in Comfort Sweepstakes

1. No purchase necessary. The Hanes Celebrate in Comfort Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is held by Hanesbrands Inc. ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. (Eastern Time hereinafter "ET") on August 3rd, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on January 7^th, 2010 (the "Promotional Period"). To participate, complete the official entry form available online at www.celebrateincomfort.ca.
2. This Sweepstakes is open to all residents of Canada, who are 21 years of age and older, except employees, representatives and agents of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to this Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), legal or common-law spouse and anyone residing with these employees, representatives and agents. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and Regulations ("Official Rules") and all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Enter online by visiting the website at www.celebrateincomfort.ca (the "Website"), following the links to the online entry form and completing the online entry form with your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and what you would celebrate if you win. Click on the "Submit" button to submit your entry into the Sweepstakes.

   Subsequent entries: When you initially complete the online entry form, you will be provided the opportunity to register an account and create a password that you will use to log in to the Website and easily submit entries throughout the Promotional Period. If you register an account, then each time you return to the Website, log in using your email address and password. When you click the "Enter" button, the entry form will prepopulate with the information provided in the original entry and you may simply click on the "Submit" button to enter again. If you prefer not to register an account, you may enter the Sweepstakes again by completing and submitting another online entry form.

   If at any time you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Website. Follow the on-screen instructions and your password will be emailed to you at the email address provided when you registered. You are solely responsible for the security of your password. You should take precautions to keep your password private to prevent any unauthorized use. Sponsor, Night Agency LLC ("Administrator"), The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Limited and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will not be responsible for any losses, damages or consequences you may suffer due to careless or unauthorized use of a password. Only one email address/password may be used by any entrant and there is a limit of one registered account per entrant. Should any entrant attempt to use more than one email address and/or password or create more than one registered account, that entrant will be disqualified.

   Limit one entry per person/e-mail address/street address per day. Incomplete, illegible and garbled entries and entries that are over the permitted limit or not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Failure to otherwise comply with these Official Rules will also result in the rejection of Sweepstakes entries.

4. PRIZES:

   A) GRAND PRIZE:

   One Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day, 4-night reunion-themed Celebration Vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for twenty (20) persons to include:

   • Twenty (20) round trip coach air fares between the major gateway airport in Canada closest to winner's residence and Orlando International Airport;
   • Twenty (20) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort on Disney's Magical Express service;
   • Room accommodations consisting of five (5) standard rooms (with a maximum of four(4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a moderate category hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
   • One hundred (100) 1-day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper Option;
   • Complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort;
   • Twenty (20) customized t-shirts from the Disney Design-a-Tee Store at Downtown Disney Marketplace;
   • Five (5) customized Disney gift baskets (one (1) per room);
   • Twenty (20) create-your-own custom Mickey Mouse ear hats, including exclusive sweepstakes winner patch to place on hats;
   • One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $1,000 USD.

   Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $24,390 USD/$27,560 CDN. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

   B) MONTHLY PRIZES:

   Ten (10) winners will each receive a 5-day, 4-night Celebration Vacation to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for four (4) persons to include:

   • Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major gateway airport in Canada closest to winner's residence and Orlando International Airport. Monthly winners and all guests must travel on same itinerary;
   • Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort on Disney's Magical Express service;
   • Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a moderate category hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
   • Twenty (20) 1-day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper Option;
   • Complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort;
   • Four (4) customized t-shirts from the Disney Design-a-Tee Store at Downtown Disney Marketplace;
   • Room décor in the winner's hotel room at the Walt Disney World Resort;
   • Four (4) create-your-own custom Mickey Mouse ear hats, including exclusive sweepstakes winner patch to place on hats;
   • One (1) Disney's PhotoPass CD and Album;
   • Winner's selection of one of the following experiences:
     • Character dinner experience for four (4) people;
     • Dinner at Epcot for four (4) people and VIP viewing of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth; or
     • Dinner for two (2) people and babysitting services for up to two (2) children for up to four (4) hours.

   Total Approximate Retail Value of each package is $5,088 USD/$5,749CDN. The odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the date of the monthly drawing, as outlined below. Limit one Monthly Prize per person/e-mail address/household address.

   Trips (Grand Prize and Monthly Prizes) must be taken before August 31, 2010. Certain travel restrictions apply. Dates are subject to availability and are at the discretion of The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Limited; pending airline and the Walt Disney World Resort hotel availability.

   Prizes (Grand Prize and Monthly Prizes) do not include: food, alcohol and hotel room minibar expenses, telephone, internet use, video games and films fees, tips and gratuities, or any expenses or activities not specified in these Official Rules as being included. All other expenses and proper travel documentation are the winners' responsibility. No compensation or alternative will be offered if trip is cancelled for failure to obtain proper travel documents. Winners and their guests will be required to provide a valid passport at time of travel. Visit the Passport Canada website for detailed information on the new mandatory passport requirements http://www.passportcanada.gc.ca/. Winners and their guests are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and other travel requirements. No changes will be made to travel details once any portion of travel arrangements have been made.

   Travel arrangements must be booked by the winner through The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Limited at least sixty (60) days before the departure date.

   Prizes (Grand Prize and Monthly Prizes) cannot be transferred, substituted for another prize or exchanged for cash.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS :

   Ten (10) Monthly Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible online entries received according to the schedule below:

   Month 1: Two (2) Monthly Winners will be drawn starting at 3:00 p.m. ET on September 4, 2009, from the eligible online entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31st.

   Month 2: Two (2) Monthly Winners will be drawn starting at 3:00 p.m. ET on October 6, 2009, from the eligible online entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30th.

   Month 3: Two (2) Monthly Winners will be drawn starting at 3:00 p.m. ET on November 4, 2009, from the eligible online entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31st.

   Month 4: Two (2) Monthly Winners will be drawn starting at 3:00 p.m. ET on December 4, 2009, from the eligible online entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30th.

   Month 5: Two (2) Monthly Winners will be drawn starting at 3:00 p.m. ET on January 8, 2010, from the eligible online entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 7th.

   Monthly winners may only win one Monthly Prize, but remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Non-winning entries from Monthly Prize period will be included in all subsequent Monthly drawings and in the Grand Prize drawing.

   One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on January 15 2010 at 3:00 p.m. EDT.

   All drawings will take place at the offices of Administrator located at 307 Canal Street, 2^nd Floor, New York, NY 10013.

   All potential winners will be notified via e-mail or mail within ten days of the applicable drawing date (using the contact information that was provided in the Sweepstakes entry form). Selected entrants must sign and return Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within seven days of receipt in order to claim prize. Each guest of winner (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must also complete, sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release prior to travel. If such documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if notification of prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner of a prize is found to be ineligible or not in full compliance with these Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. If forfeiture occurs during the process of confirming winners and awarding prizes, then Sponsor will select an alternate winner from among remaining eligible entries in order to award the prize. If, however, forfeiture occurs after prizes have been awarded and confirmed, Sponsor has no obligation to select and award the prize to an alternate winner.

   In order to be declared a winner and receive his/her prize, the selected entrant will have to:

   • a) Be reached by e-mail or mail within ten (10) days following the applicable drawing date of his/her entry form.

     b) Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone.

     c) Sign and return to Sponsor within seven (7) days from the date of receipt the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form.

     After receiving an executed copy of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release from a selected entrant, the Sponsor will contact the selected entrant to arrange the attribution of his/her prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

   All participants (a) agree that Sponsor, Administrator, The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Limited and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be indemnified and held harmless by participants against any liability for, any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including, without limitation, death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize (and/or any prize components), or participation in this Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes-related activities and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the prize (and/or any prize components), including but not limited to, their quality, merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose. Winners of prizes grant (and agree to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without limitation in any media worldwide, including the Internet, without review, notification or approval, or further compensation to the winner, unless prohibited by law.

   Sponsor does not warrant that access to or use of the Sweepstakes website will be uninterrupted or error-free during the Promotional Period.

   Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use, net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Website. The right is reserved by Sponsor at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods is strictly prohibited and will result in the disqualification of any entrant using such methods, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from the Website or use of the Website. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the random drawings from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or to otherwise make prizes available to be won in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address provided in the entry form. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, Online Service Provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. These Official Rules are intended solely for the personal use by an individual participant and may be reproduced only once for his/her personal use; any further reproduction of these official rules is prohibited.

   IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY (CANADA) LIMITED, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEBSITE. 7. WINNERS LIST:

   For the names of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Night Agency LLC, Hanes Celebrate in Comfort Winners List, 307 Canal Street, 2^nd Floor, New York, NY 10013. Winners list requests received after 3/7/2010 will not be fulfilled. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing request.

   Hanesbrands Inc., 1000 East Hanes Mill Road, Winston Salem, North Carolina 27105 is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is administered by Night Agency LLC, 307 Canal Street, 2^nd Floor, New York, NY 10013.

9. QUEBEC RESIDENTS:

   For Quebec residents: Any dispute as to the conduct or organization of a promotional sweepstakes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
